Step Two: Review and Approve Subpoenas
Once
approved, the subpoenas are hand-delivered to the process
server or mailed to the appropriate sheriff’s office for
service. We also mail copies to the court and all interested
counsel.
Subpoena.Inc
then provides proactive follow up to all subpoenaed
parties to ensure compliance. We call two days before
the documents are due and daily thereafter until we have
achieved compliance or obtained a legitimate reason for
non-compliance. Subpoena.Inc then verifies all
subpoenaed items have been received and delivers them to the
attorney. We respect time sensitive deadlines and process the
subpoena request accordingly. Upon receipt, documents are
immediately forwarded to the attorney.
